We’re writing to share that classes at our Castle Hill Learning Centre have now concluded, and the centre has officially closed.
This change comes as Skill Samurai Australia joins a stronger global network, led by our Canadian team. To ensure 100% focus on supporting our locally owned and operated centres, the new owners have made the decision to close Castle Hill, our only company-run location.
Local ownership means greater care, personalised service, and stronger community connection, while continuing to deliver the world-class coding, maths, and STEM education you expect.
We’re committed to a smooth transition. Your child's learning diary will be transferred to your chosen centre, so they can continue right where they left off.
You now have two outstanding nearby centres to choose from, both offering the same world-class programs, with experienced, caring educators and hands-on owners who are actively involved in your child’s success:

Castle Hill Transition – Parent FAQs

Below are answers to some common questions to help guide you through the next steps.

  • My child has special learning needs. Can we try both centres? How do I know which centre is best for my child?

    Absolutely. We understand that finding the right educator is crucial for creating an ideal learning environment. If you're unsure, we encourage you to visit or trial both centres. Simply speak with Adriana (Rouse Hill) or Trisha (Carlingford), and they’ll be happy to help you find the best fit for your family.

  • I had classes left on my pass before the holidays. Can I still use them?

    Yes, absolutely. Any unused class credits you have will be seamlessly honoured at your new centre.

  • I paid for term 2 in advance. Will that be honoured?

    Yes. All prepaid credits and class passes will be transferred and fully honoured at your new centre.

  • Will my child lose progress if we move?

    Not at all. Your child’s learning diary and progress records will be transferred to your new centre, allowing them to pick up exactly where they left off at Castle Hill.

  • Will my child's teacher stay the same?

    Your new centre will have experienced, caring educators ready to continue supporting your child’s learning journey. While the educators may be different, they are all committed to providing the same world-class Skill Samurai experience your family knows and trusts.

  • What if we don’t wish to continue? Can I get a refund?

    We completely understand that transitions can sometimes feel overwhelming. While we are unable to offer refunds, your child’s remaining credits can be used at one of our nearby centres. Our team will work closely with you to make the transition as welcoming and easy as possible.

  • Will my child's timetable stay the same?

    Class times are generally similar across locations, so there is bound to be a class that is convenient for you. 

  • What if we don't choose a new centre straight away?

    That’s perfectly okay. Your credits will remain active, and we’ll be here to assist you whenever you’re ready to continue. Your membership wont be reactivated, nor will your billing recommence without your express consent.
